Stephani is a certified Personal Trainer through (W.I.T.S.) World Instructor Training Schools. She has been involved in Health and Fitness most of her adult life and her mission is to train her clients, of all ages, in the aspects of Functional Fitness.
Stephani incorporates multiple body movement exercises, Plyometrics and focuses on core stabilization to ensure her clients maintain a balanced body. Most importantly Stephani loves to make her training sessions a fun and exciting time.

Michael is a recent graduate of St. Johns University where he received his Bachelor Of Science Degree in Sports Management. He also has an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Ocean County College.
His interest in Personal Training actually stems from years of back, neck, and shoulder issues which directed him towards more functional and corrective exercises/movements rather than the typical “bodybuilding” routine he was stuck in since high school. Even before his training certification, he familiarized himself with core and stability training, SAQ training, kettlebell work, self-myofascial release, and general functional exercise.
Michael received his personal training certification from the National Association Sports Medicine. He thoroughly enjoys active/hands-on work that allows him to interact with as many people as possible.
